For a long time now I have bee fascinated with Diana Vreeland.
It all started two years ago when Marc Jacobs wrote the forward for Allure, and well, I read and reread and re-reread that book again and again and again. I think that its a grown up story book and it lived like that beside my bed for such a long time!
Then.....this summer I read D.V. and was transported into a dream world narrated by a woman who transformed fashion journalism and saw the world through coloured glasses, obsession continued.
About two weeks ago I dragged my devoted sister and mother see Diana Vreeland- The Eye Has To Travel, is it dramatic to say that it changed my life?....perhaps, but it did change my life.

Anyway, enough babbling, read the books, watch the movie, live the dream!
